What We Do:

Work on campaigns and cases issued by Amnesty UK in London.
Raise local awareness of Amnesty and it's concerns through our local profile and publicity.
Fund-raise locally to pay for the Group's work and to send the maximum contribution back to Amnesty UK.

Come to a Meeting:

We meet on the second Wednesday of each month at 7.30pm in the Quaker Meeting House, St James' Street (except August).

In general, at our meetings, we either do some campaign letter writing, listen to a speaker, watch a video or some other activity. We then discuss our current campaigns and forthcoming events before some of us head for refreshments at a local pub.
All are welcome to our meetings, but for a small annual fee we will put you on the mailing list and enrol you as a member. If you wish to join please email us.
